My work is shaped by experience in global branding agencies, small business strategy, professional coaching, business ownership, and years of speaking and teaching. Together, they give me a invaluable perspective on guiding organizations build brands people trust.

  • I built my career working on global brands in NYC agencies. Clients included: Volvo, Samsung, Hilton Worldwide, New Balance, and more. As I progressed, I led a team at a branding agency. Along the way, I even won some awards.

  • I left the predictable world of agency life and long hours to start my own business in 2004. Working with founders, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to articulate what makes a business unique. Many were doing exceptional work, but their brand wasn't telling that story. That's what drew me to brand strategy—helping small businesses communicate their value with clarity, authenticity, and confidence.

  • I completed a rigorous, ICF-accredited coach training program through Accomplishment Coaching before spending three years mentoring and training new coaches in New York City while building my own practice. Today, I continue to coach a select number of clients, and my coaching skills are woven into every branding engagement—helping organizations gain clarity, alignment, and confidence.
